Getting Chicken In Fingers

Introducing a new restaurant and brand to a developed market can be intimidating. Guthrie’s did their homework and recognized the opportunity—there was not a solid chicken option. Our strategy was to develop a PR & Influencer strategy to leverage existing equity to help amplify this historic brand.

Paid, Earned & Owned

We leveraged media relationships both nationally and locally to spread awareness of the expansion. We eventized the grand opening of the first location through a number of tactics, activating the local community by holding a ribbon cutting with the mayor and sheriff, scheduling an eating contest between the two rival high school football teams, securing local broadcast interviews on site, and partnering with trusted community voices to visit the store on the day of to share their excitement and spread the news of the new location.
